You’re booking your photo shoot, how exciting! I can’t wait to finally meet you in person and create some magical, gorgeous images together! Just a couple of details here to make sure your shoot goes smoothly. Once you’re done reading through, fill out the short form at the bottom and you will be able to submit a payment via debit card, credit card or PayPal.
Retainer: In order to hold your spot, there is a $50 retainer. It’s applied towards your shoot total. The retainer is non-refundable. Your slot is not secured until the payment is received and may be booked by another client.
Cancellations: No cancellations or re-schedules for mini shoot special events due to the nature of the special unfortunately. For regularly scheduled sessions, if you need to cancel for any reason, contact me any time up to 48h before your shoot date and time and you will be able to apply your retainer towards one re-schedule. Cancellations in less that 48h of the shoot time forfeit the retainer fee as the spot cannot be re-booked.
Timeliness: Being late more than 20 minutes for your shoot may result in a cancellation or additional charges. I will do my best to still do the shoot, but occasionally there may be another slot booked or weather/time of day interfering that would make it not possible. If we can still proceed with your shoot, there is a $50 charge per each additional half hour past your scheduled time.
Age: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Turnaround: Your final images will be ready within 30 days of your selection.
